HiTech Technology Co., Ltd guarantee that all of the LED lights being sold are QC passed, and meet the shipping standards with 3 Years guaranty. Specific warranty as follows:
Under normal use, lamp is verified to be the quality problem by HiTech or the third-party testing authority, HiTech will offer exchange service within twelfth months from Date Code, beyond thirteenth months HiTech will offer free repair service in the guaranty time. Shipping freight caused by the warranty process will be born by the shipper. HiTech Technology will only bear the responsibility between our directly contact clients. HiTech will charge for the parts and shipping freight for maintenance service beyond guaranty. The production date is subject to the Date Code on the products.
The following situation is beyond service for free:
The products have been beyond warranty.
Damage caused by maintenance staff’s disassembly, maintenance, refit without HiTech Technology Co., Ltd’s authorization.
Breakdown caused by substandard installation or operation without according to the specification requirements.
Breakdown caused by move, drop, water seepage, or scoring.
Damage caused by the irresistible force factor, such as fire, earthquake, thunder and lightning, etc.
It’s the normal phenomenon that 0.1%-0.2% LED chips burnt out on the lamp, this situation is out of the range of repair or exchange.
Clients should return the damaged parts to HiTech after receipt of HiTech’s offer for free new parts, such as power supply, PCB Plate, and LED Chip, etc.
HiTech Technology’s E40 and E27 series LED Lights, in addition to Waterproof and dustproof series, such as LED High Bay Light and LED Corn Light, could not be used or installed in a sealed environment or fixture. Before installation, it must remove the traditional ballast or transformer on the fixture.
